Customer has to ensure there is a proper upstream power source and valid approval from the stakeholders, including but not limited to the property management company, home association, property owner prior to purchasing the Tesla EHSS Installation Package, and obtain an approval letter from property management to validate the parking space to be EV charging ready. Installation must be completed within 3 months of package purchase date.
